I gotta show this to my girlfriend so she understands me! Ha! That kid is hilarious. To think I spent 27 years on that roller coaster!
I consider this video to be must-see viewing. I have all my new personal training clients watch it, and have seem it “cure” more than one person of lifelong sugar addiction. They watch it and finally understand in a very tangible way how insidious their sugar habit is. good work Nancy!
Yes…my sugar addiction is causing major mood swings, crying, inability to think or act, severe depression and as a result causing problems between me and my partner…
Thanks for this, I used to always be ashamed!!! Its a drug and I am an addict, just like anyone addicted to other drugs. I must kill it before it kills me!
